Description

Planning and construction management of the redesign of the former exhibition area ELEMENTE in the Klimahaus® Bremerhaven 8o Ost with an area of approx. 1,100 sqm. 1-9 HOAI (HOAI) are required for the design and planning services. In detail, this includes: - development of the "storyline" or exhibition dramaturgy, - research of topics and didactic concept as well as creation of exhibition texts, - editing for film and audio, - planning of the spatial extension, - planning and design of backdrops, productions, stage sets, etc. coordinated with the "vertical simulator platform",- exhibit development and planning,- (exhibition) media planning,- lighting planning,- graphic design planning,- participation in the planning of the technical extension with regard to the exhibition and interface management with technical building equipment, statics, fire protection etc..,- Investment and operating cost estimation/calculation, guest flow planning, visitor guidance system.
