Overall responsibility for the design, planning and implementation of the temporary final exhibition of the IBA Thuringia, including the production of information media based on the content input of the client and regular jour fixes in the form of an agile project development.
o Title proposalo Outstanding staging idea for the central exhibition, taking into account the special qualities of the Eiermann Building in Apoldao Design of a lively and open place of thought and discussion for the encounter of the IBA Thuringia with guests, in the spatial context of the exhibition, which encourages continuation and further discourse on the themeto Integration of possible results from the final year in the exhibition contextto Coordination of lots 2-4o Iterative, agile development process from the concept phase to the start of production in close cooperation with the IBA Thuringia as well as with the involvement of other IBA project partnerso Close connection to other content developers and productions of the client in the context of the final year (website production, podcasts, publications) o CI development for all components relating to the final exhibition based on the CI / CD of the IBA Thuringiao Development of a word/picture brand for the final year of the IBA Thuringiao Memorable visual statement(s) and experience incentives for visitors,o Presentation of the IBA Thuringia, working through the contents, focal points, history, future, (projects)o In particular integration of a so-called "space image", which represents the character of Thuringia in the final year of the IBA Thuringia. o Integration of a so-called spatial image that illustrates the character of Thuringia and the contextualisation of the IBA projects in a transformation landscape,o Graphic production of the information media in the exhibitiono Inclusion of the IBA projects, their transformation moments and the 'lessons learned' derived from them as projects included in the context of the IBA (spatially/temporally, communicatively)o Iterative, agile development process from the concept phase to the start of production in close cooperation with the IBA Thuringia and with the involvement of other IBA project partnerso Close connection to other content developers and productions of the client in the context of the final year (website production, podcasts, publications) o Structural-spatial implementation of the exhibition as a forum, meeting place and debate locationo Physical production of all information media in the exhibition, integration of artefacts if necessary integration of artefactso Planning, constructional, technical, organisational and economic production of all parts of the IBA exhibition, including transport, insurance, ongoing maintenance of the exhibition, assembly, dismantling, return transport (after-use)o Supervision and guarantee of all partial services of the further execution planning and the execution in particular the services of any subcontractorso Iterative, agile development process from the concept phase to the start of production in close cooperation with the IBA Thuringia and with the involvement of other IBA project partnerso Close connection to other content developers and productions of the client in the context of the final year (website production, podcasts, publications) o Labelling of the IBA project locations (approx. 30)o Production of supplementary information media at decentralised locations (approx. 10)o Conception, design and production of spatial (satellite) and temporal (studio) external sites (approx. 3-5)o planning, constructional, technical, organisational and economic production of all parts of the decentralised locations, including transport, insurance, ongoing maintenance, assembly, disassembly and dismantling, return transport (after-use)o supervision and guarantee of all partial services of the further execution planning and the execution o Iterative, agile development process from the concept phase to the start of production in close cooperation with the IBA Thuringia and with the involvement of other IBA project partnerso Close connection to other content developers and productions of the client in the environment of the final year (website production, podcasts, publications)
