Germany - Municipal waste disposal and treatment

Description

Collection, transport and partly recycling services for various waste fractions as well as services in connection with the management of a mobile recycling centre and other services in connection with waste disposal.
The following is a summary of the service items, for a full description of the procurement, please refer to the service description in compartment C. Services to be provided in connection with residual waste disposal:- Provision of residual waste containers (initial provision + rental) and Änderungsdienst
- Residual waste collection in the city area;- Collection of provided residual waste bags in the collection system, including delivery of the residual waste bags;- Transport of the residual waste to the assigned disposal facility.Services to be provided in connection with biowaste disposal:- provision of biowaste containers (initial provision + rent) and Änderungsdienst
- biowaste collection in the city area;- transport of the biowaste to the assigned disposal facility;- supply of biopaper bags with reinforced bottoms as consumables and plastic biowaste bins;- annual internal cleaning of the biowaste containers.Services to be provided in connection with the disposal of waste paper:- Provision of waste paper containers (initial provision + rent) and Änderungsdienst
- Collection of waste paper in the city area;- Collection of provided waste paper bags in the collection system including delivery of the waste paper bags;- Recycling of waste paper including transport of the waste paper to the waste disposal plant of the contractor;- Transport of a 7 m3 self-pressing container for waste paper from the service centre of the city of Eschborn to the waste disposal plant of the contractor.Services to be provided in connection with the disposal of bulky waste:- Bulky waste collection (incl. registration with the Contractor) and transport to the assigned disposal facility;- Provision of a 20 m3 roll-off container for bulky waste at the service centre of the City of Eschborn and collection on call to the assigned disposal facility.Services to be provided in connection with the disposal of old electrical appliances:- monthly collection/dispatch of large and small electrical appliances (collection system);- provision of a 2.5 m3 skip container with lid and a plastic palox with lid for small electrical appliances at the service centre of the City of Eschborn and dispatch on call to the assigned disposal facility. delivery of compostable garden waste bags on request of AG
- provision of a 40 m3 roll-off container for garden waste at the service centre of the City of Eschborn and transport of the garden waste to the assigned recycling plant + collection of a 20 m3 self-pressing container of the City of Eschborn for garden waste from the service centre of the City of Eschborn to the assigned disposal plant;- Provision of three 1,100 l MGB for the disposal of plants infested with box borer on the service centre of the city of Eschborn and collection of the plant waste with the residual waste.Services to be provided in connection with the management of the mobile recycling yard:- Operation of the mobile recycling yard/staff deployment (at least 4 employees);- Provision of containers/containers including container exchange and transport (transport services);- Transport and, in part, disposal services for the waste fractions collected via the mobile recycling yard/requirement items (not relevant for valuation/price enquiry):- Replacement of waste containers in the event of loss (e.g., in the event of a loss of a container) Full service for emptying the waste containers (private law agreement)
- Payment for the acceptance of tyres at the mobile recycling centre;- Allowance for reassignment of the scheduled waste disposal facility for household/Restmüll
- Additional expenditure due to the joint collection of bulky waste Wild dumping within the scope of the regular bulky waste collection.
