Description

This consultation concerns the treatment of waste resulting from the activities of the technical services of Orléans Métropole's member municipalities and Orléans Métropole's services (six lots). The consultation will give rise to five single-awarded framework agreements with order forms (lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6) concluded without minimum or maximum amounts in value per period of validity and to an ordinary contract (lot 5), executed on the basis of the quantities of metals actually deposited by each of the members of the grouping belonging to lot 5, as indicated in the commitment deed and the unit price schedule. The consultation is carried out within the framework of an order grouping coordinated by Orléans Métropole on behalf of the members indicated in Article 1 of the consultation rules.
Period of validity of the framework agreement: this is set for a period from 1.1.2021 (or the date of notification if later) to 31.12.2021. The contract shall be awarded for a period running from 1.1.2021 (or from the date of its notification, if later) to 31.12.2021. Period of validity of the framework agreement: it shall be fixed for a period from 1.5.2021 to 31.12.2021.
