Description

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of multimedia equipment for school classrooms and training in the use of fixed assets intended for vocational education for schools under the project "Equipping educational institutions with modern and highly specialized technological equipment in the premises of the Poznań International Fair in Poznań".The subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the model contract.The Contracting Authority accepts the possibility of offering equivalent solutions with respect to quality requirements.In such a case, the Economic Operator is obliged to present, together with the offer, proof that the equivalent solution offered by him will meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the ToR.The conditions of contract performance are included in the model contract attached as Appendix No. 8 to the ToR.
