Description

The scope of the contract includes the execution of works in accordance with the approved design documentation, detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, principles of technical knowledge and the art of construction, as well as rules and conditions of safety and health at work after the works have been delineated by an authorised surveyor, and in particular 1.1. extension of Racławickich Avenue in Lublin from the Honorary Blood Donors Roundabout (together with the roundabout) to the crossroads with Lipowa Street;1.2. extension of Poniatowskiego Street from Racławickich Avenue to the viaduct over Solidarności Avenue together with the extension of rainwater sewage system draining rainwater from ul. Poniatowskiego Street in the direction of Snopkowska Street to the inlet of W-11 of the Czechówka River along with cleaning facilities and access to the service of these facilities;1.3. extension of Lipowa Street, from the crossroads with Racławickie Avenue to the crossroads with Narutowicza Street;1.4. reconstruction of the crossroads in the course of the extended streets;1.5. reconstruction of the n/c gas network in Racławickie Avenue, Poniatowskiego Street, Lipowa Street with connections within the road lanes (reconstruction of the n/c gas network with connections not directly colliding with the designed road system).2. preparatory works;2.2. cutting down trees and bushes and transplanting a part of trees;2.3. introducing temporary traffic organisation for existing roads within the construction area, ensuring public transport and pedestrian transport in the reconstruction area, and ensuring access to the property;2.4. demolition of the existing structure of roads and hardened surfaces;2.5. demolition of building structures, including cubature buildings;2.6. necessary reconstruction of colliding networks: telecommunications, water supply, electricity, gas, rain, sanitary, etc.;2.7. reconstruction of gas network n/c;2.8. construction/reconstruction of rainwater drainage system, street lighting, power supply for traffic lights, telecommunication network, etc.;2.9. construction/reconstruction of road traffic lights;2.10. reconstruction of trolleybus traction, bus stop infrastructure;2.11. reconstruction of the road traffic lights;2.10. reconstruction of trolleybus traction, bus stop infrastructure construction of new structural layers of roads and bus bays;2.12. construction/reconstruction of exits;2.13. construction/reconstruction of pavements, construction of bicycle paths;2.14. organisation of horizontal and vertical traffic, including, among others, designation of buspasses;2.15. installation of road traffic safety equipment;2.16. development of green areas;3Pursuant to Article 29(3a) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority requires that the activities related to the performance of all works covered by the contract indicated and described in the detailed technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works for particular industries (so-called manual workers), the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 the Labour Code, be performed by persons employed by the Contractor on the basis of an employment contract. This obligation also applies to subcontractors - the Contractor is obliged to include in each subcontracting contract appropriate provisions obliging subcontractors to employ all persons performing the above mentioned activities under the employment contract. The Contractor or subcontractor shall employ such persons for the period necessary to perform the given activities; in the event of termination of the employment relationship by an employee or employer before the end of this period, the Contractor shall be obliged to employ another person for this place. The above requirement does not apply to activities performed by the person(s) running a sole proprietorship. Activities of supervision over the performance of the said works performed by the Contractor's personnel (persons, persons, etc.).
Construction site/robot managers) are not subject to the rigor of employment on the basis of an employment contract. The above also applies to persons performing surveying services, suppliers of materials.
