The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new truck of the hooklift type, with a lifting capacity of up to 26 tons, in the quantity of 1 piece, designed to handle loading containers, made in accordance with DIN 30722, with a length of min. 5 000 mm, max. 6 500 mm, equipped at the Regional Plant for Municipal Waste Treatment in Machnaczu, Machnacza, 41a, Brześć Kujawski.2. The vehicle must meet the technical parameters specified in Chapter III, point 3.2.1) SIWZ.3.The vehicle is designed to operate in difficult terrain conditions, i.e. in a landfill site.4. The hooklift device must be manufactured in series, no prototype or first serial device is allowed.5. Year of chassis and hooklift device production: 2019.6. The Contractor is obliged to grant a warranty for: - chassis for 24 months (full warranty for the propulsion system and engine), - bodywork - hooklift device for 24 months.counted from the date of faultless acceptance of the complete vehicle, confirmed by a delivery and acceptance protocol signed by representatives of both parties.7The Contractor is obliged to provide an authorized warranty and post-warranty service located in Poland, responding within 48 hours (response time should be taken into account when the service arrives to the chassis / to the construction: hooklift device) calculated from the date of receipt of a written notification of failure sent by e-mail.8During the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to provide for: - chassis - at least 2 free periodic inspections in an authorized service indicated by the Contractor within a radius of up to 100 km from RZUOK, - building - hooklift device - at least 2 free periodic inspections in RZUOK.9Within the scope of warranty reviews, the Contractor shall bear all costs related to their performance, in particular: costs of replacement/reinforcement of materials, fluids, lubricants, costs of access to the service for the construction of: hooklift device, to RZUOK in Machnacz, Brześć Kujawski, Machnacz 41a.10 commune.In the case of a defect/failure/failure of the vehicle (chassis/building/ hooklift device) being the subject of the order, whose warranty repair will be longer than 14 working days, counted from the moment of notification of the defect/failure/failure by the Customer to the Contractor, the Contractor is obliged immediately, however, no later than within 2 working days, counted from the expiry of the above period, to deliver free of charge, technically efficient substitute vehicle of hooklift type, with a lifting capacity of up to 26 tons and handling loading containers, made in accordance with DIN 30722, with a length of min. 5 000 mm, max. 6 500 mm, for the duration of vehicle repair. The Contractor shall deliver the substitute vehicle in question to RZUOK in Machnaczu, Brześć Kujawski, Machnacz 41a.11. The complete vehicle after construction shall comply with the CE.12 standards.The Contractor assures that on the day of delivery of the vehicle to RZUOK, it will train, free of charge, the designated employees in the use, operation, maintenance and operation of the delivered chassis and body: hooklift device.13 The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order to RZUOK in Machnaczu, Brześć Kujawski, Machnacz 41a commune, at its own expense. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new specialized vehicle of the Bramiec type, in the quantity of 1 piece, designed to handle Mulda type containers, made in accordance with DIN 30720 and KP5÷KP10 containers, which are equipped with technical base PGK "Saniko" Sp. z o.o., located at 4 Komunalna Street in Włocławek.2 The vehicle should meet the technical parameters specified in Chapter III point. 3.2. section 2) SIWZ.3. The gate device must be manufactured in series, no prototype or first gate device from series.4 is allowed. Year of manufacture of the chassis and construction of the gate device: 2019.5 The Contractor is obliged to grant a guarantee for: - chassis for 24 months (full guarantee for the propulsion system and engine), - bodywork - gateway device for 24 months.counted from the date of faultless acceptance of the complete vehicle, confirmed by a delivery and acceptance protocol signed by representatives of both parties.6The Contractor is obliged to provide an authorized warranty and post-warranty service located in Poland, responding within 48 hours (the response time should be taken as the arrival of the service to the chassis / to the body: gate device) calculated from the date of receipt of a written notification of failure sent by e-mail.7The Contractor is obliged to provide during the warranty period for the following: - chassis - at least 2 free periodic inspections in an authorized service indicated by the Contractor within a radius of up to 100 km from Saniko's technical base, located in Włocławek, Komunalna Street 4, - building - gate device - at least 2 free periodic inspections within Saniko's technical base, located in Włocławek, ul. Within the scope of warranty reviews, the Contractor shall bear all costs related to their performance, in particular: costs of replacement/supplementing of materials, fluids, lubricants, costs of access to the service for the development of: a gate device, to the Saniko technical base located in Włocławek at ul. Kommunalna 4.10. In the event of a defect/failure/failure in the vehicle (chassis/buildings): The Contractor shall immediately, however, not later than within 2 working days from the expiry of the above deadline, deliver free of charge a technically working replacement vehicle of the Gateway type, designed to service Mulda type containers made in accordance with DIN 30720 and KP5÷KP7 containers, for the time of repair of the Ordering Party's vehicle. The Supplier shall deliver the substitute vehicle in question to the technical base of PGK "Saniko" Sp. z o.o., located at 4 Komunalna Street in Włocławek.11. The complete vehicle after installation shall comply with the CE.12 standards.The Contractor assures that the date of delivery of the vehicle on the premises of Saniko's technical base will train, free of charge, designated employees in the use, operation, maintenance and operation of the delivered chassis and body: gateway equipment.13 The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order at its own expense to Saniko's technical base located in Włocławek at 4 Komunalna Street.
