Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of specialist equipment for pressure rinsing and sludge extraction from a sewage network with water recycling technology.
The subject matter of the contract includes delivery of a brand new vehicle for pressure rinsing and sludge extraction from a sewerage system with water recycling technology together with specialist equipment for the Międzyrzeckie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Spółka z o.o. (Międzyrzeckie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Co. Ltd.), together with providing the Ordering Party with a warranty, guarantee and post-guarantee service for the system at the Ordering Party's premises, and in the case of major repairs - a required service in Poland. The vehicle must comply with the regulations in force in Poland regarding environmental protection, occupational health and safety and the Act on Road Traffic. As part of the contract, the Contractor shall train the Contracting Authority's personnel in the operation of the chassis and body - at the Contracting Authority's premises. Additionally, the Contractor shall conduct training for the Contracting Authority's employees on the operation, use and maintenance of the delivered object of the contract. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract describing the Contracting Authority's needs has been included in appendix no. 10 - Description of the Subject Matter of the Order to this SWZ (hereinafter: "OPZ").
