The subject of this award procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the procurement of touch monitors for the Baden-Württemberg judiciary.
The subject of this award procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the procurement of touch monitors for the Baden-Württemberg judiciary.The order volume envisaged for this framework agreement has been outlined as precisely as possible. However, the requirement is not binding and cannot be conclusively determined. It only reflects an estimated order volume and an anticipated period for the provision of services. It can therefore not be ruled out that the services will be called off in a different order of magnitude or/and a different period of time.The following estimated order quantity in a period of 18 months is assumed:- Estimated order quantity: 1,500 Touch-MonitoreThe client reserves the right to exceed the estimated order quantity by up to 50%.A minimum purchase is not agreed. There is no purchase obligation for the estimated call-off quantity. The contract term shall commence upon award of the contract and shall be 18 months, unless terminated earlier.The contract shall end in any case upon reaching the maximum total order limit of 2,250 touch monitors including maintenance (including optional services).If the order value is increased by an amendment to the order during the term of the contract pursuant to Section 132 GWB, the contract shall end when this new order value is reached.The end of the contract shall not affect the Contractor's obligation to perform the orders placed during the contract period in accordance with the contract.
