2. the subject of the contract is the lease of 2 large tents for the storage and day-to-day servicing of military aircraft and their equipment, in all technical conditions. a) The subject of the contract includes: - rental of 2 pneumatic tents manufactured after 2014 (the tents may be used, but fully operational, free of defects and ready for use), - installation of tents at the place indicated by the customer, - current service and tent service, - monitoring of parameters specified in the Terms of Reference, in particular temperature and wind and snow loads, - training for at least 8 employees of the customer in the use and maintenance of the tents, b) Technical requirements for the tents: - Door - dimensions in the open door must not be less than: width - 20 m, height - 6 m, - dimensions of the tent - minimum values in the light of the most protruding structural elements: width - 20 m, height - 8 m, length - 28 m, c) The tent must be heated, connected to the electrical system, resistant to external conditions (wind, snow, rain), must have a rainwater and snow drainage system, d) One tent also includes a set necessary to use and operate the tent together with spare parts, e) The Contractor will provide with the tent operating instructions including in particular: drawings of the tent, description of its construction and technical data and a detailed description of the tent's usage rules.
