Description

The GGS Porz in the Hauptstrasse 432 in 51143 Cologne is to get a new building in the future and for this measure the school needs 2 school substitute buildings in modular construction with various classrooms and differentiation rooms, as well as corresponding secondary rooms and WC rooms. On the ground floor and on the first floor WC's are arranged, on the first floor of building 1 a library and multipurpose rooms are to be provided in addition to the classrooms. On the ground floor of building 2 the administration with a teachers' room and an auditorium are to be provided in addition to the classrooms.The building management of the city of Cologne plans to buy new modules in combinable space module construction and to install them on the existing schoolyard in the rear part of Josefstrasse, the currently planned service life is approximately 10 years. the implementation is planned from spring 2020, i.e. the completion of the structural system including air clearance measurement and all inspections should take place by 20.12.2020 at the latest, so that the building can then be put into operation.
