Description

4.1 The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment under the grant project: Supporting children from pegeer families in digital development - PPGR Grants implemented within the framework of the Operational Program Digital Poland 2014-2020 Priority Axis V Digital Development of JST and Strengthening Digital Resilience of REACT-EU, Measure 5.1 Digital Development of JST and Strengthening Digital Resilience concerning the implementation of the grant project "Supporting children from pegeer families in digital development - PPGR Grants". 4.2 The subject of the contract includes the supply of the following computer equipment: - 362 pieces of brand new laptops, - 56 pieces of brand new desktop computers, - 12 pieces of brand new tablets,4.3 The detailed subject matter and scope of the order is specified in the appendix to the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the order.
4.1 The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment within the framework of the grant project: Supporting children from pegeer families in digital development - PPGR Grants implemented under the Operational Program Digital Poland 2014-2020 Priority Axis V Digital Development of JST and Strengthening Digital Resilience of REACT-EU, Measure 5.1 Digital Development of JST and Strengthening Digital Resilience concerning the implementation of the grant project "Supporting children from pegeer families in digital development - PPGR Grants". 4.2 The subject of the contract includes the supply of the following computer equipment: - 362 pieces of brand-new laptops, - 56 pieces of brand-new desktop computers, - 12 pieces of brand-new tablets,4.3 The detailed subject matter and scope of the order is specified in the attachment to the SWZ - Detailed description of the subject matter of the order.4.4 Within the scope of the subject matter of the order, the Contractor is obliged, in particular, to transfer the ownership of the computer equipment to the Ordering Party, which will take place upon signing the protocol of acceptance of the delivered equipment . 4.5 The Contractor shall be liable for defects and damage caused during transportation of computer equipment to its destination. 4.6 The Contractor shall notify the Ordering Party of its readiness to deliver and hand over the equipment. 4.7 If the equipment is found to be missing from the delivery, or found to be defective during testing, the Contractor shall promptly supplement the delivery with the missing equipment or replace the defective equipment with defect-free equipment, within a period not exceeding 14 days. 4.8 A protocol of acceptance of the delivered equipment will be drawn up from the acceptance activities, signed by authorized representatives from the side of the Supplier/Contractor and from the side of the Ordering Party . The protocol confirmed without objections by the Ordering Party will be the basis for issuing an invoice by the Contractor.4.9 The Contractor shall be obliged to submit to the Ordering Party all approvals, certificates and approvals required by the Ordering Party.4.10 Warranty and guarantee:The minimum warranty and guarantee period for the delivered computer equipment is 24 months, calculated from the date of signing by the Ordering Party of the protocol of final acceptance of the delivery.4.11 Designation of the subject of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary. 30213100-6 - Portable computers 30213300-8 - Desktop computer 30213200-7 - Tablet computer4.12 The Contracting Authority does not require the execution of the contract by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives, or other contractors covered by the disposition of the provision of Article 94 paragraph 1 of the Act.4.13 The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 items 7 and 8 of the Act.4.14 The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant bids.4.15 The Contracting Authority does not provide for selection of the most advantageous bid using an electronic auction, with the information contained in Article 230 of the PPL Act.4.16 The Contracting Authority, within the limits set forth in the provision of Article 462 et seq. of the Act, allows the Contractor to perform the subject matter of the contract using subcontractors. The Contractor who intends to subcontract parts of the contract shall indicate in the bid the parts of the contract which he intends to subcontract, and shall give the names of any subcontractors, if known.4.17 The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to conduct a site visit or to check the documents necessary for the execution of the contract, as referred to in Article 131(2) of the PPL Act. 4.18 The Contracting Authority does not specify requirements or the possibility of submitting bids in the form of electronic catalogs or attaching electronic catalogs to the bid, in the situation specified in Article 93 of the PPL Act.4.19 The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation of personal performance of key parts of the contract by the Contractor, pursuant to Articles 60, 121 of the PPL Act.
