The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment to the ordering party's seat in accordance with the description and requirements included in: Package 1: delivery of a car wash - trolley disinfector together with installation and adaptation of the rooms: - Annex 1A: list of technical and utility parameters limiting to the ToR, - Annex 1B: size of works to the ToR, - Annex 1C: construction and installation requirements for devices and adapted rooms of CS to the ToR, - Annex 1D: concept of room renovation together with a view of the existing rooms to the ToR.Package 2: delivery of a tool dryer:- annex no. 1E: specification of technical and utility parameters for ToRZZ.3: delivery of a low-temperature sterilizer together with an abator and with installation and adaptation of rooms:- annex no. 1F: specification of technical and utility parameters for ToRZ.4Other terms and conditions of the order are specified in the draft contract, which constitutes attachment No. 3A (package 1, 3) and 3B (package 2) to To ToR.
The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment to the contracting authority's registered office in accordance with the description and requirements contained in:a. package 1: delivery of a car wash - trolley disinfector together with installation and adaptation of rooms:- annex no. 1A: specification of technical and usable parameters to the ToR, - annex no. 1B: workload to the ToR. The submitted measurements of works should be treated as supporting documents which cannot constitute the only basis for calculating the price (remuneration) of the lump-sum order execution. The Contracting Authority does not require submission of tender cost estimates together with a tender (lump sum remuneration),- Annex 1C: construction and installation requirements for equipment and adapted premises of the CCA to the ToR,- Annex 1D: concept of premises renovation together with a view of the existing premises to the ToR.The material scope of works/investment should be read together with possible changes to the content of the specification, such as b. package 2: delivery of a tool dryer:- annex no. 1E: specification of technical and utility parameters to ToRZ.2; c. package 3: delivery of a low-temperature sterilizer together with an abator and with installation and adaptation of the rooms:- annex no. 1F: specification of technical and utility parameters to ToRZ.2The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids.3. Bids which do not have the full scope of the subject matter of the contract shall be rejected.4. Other terms and conditions of the contract shall be specified in the draft contract, which is annex no. 3A (package 1, 3) and 3B (package 2) to this specification.5. Package 1, 3: the Contracting Authority recommends that the contractor conduct an initial local inspection of the work locations in order to obtain information that may be necessary to prepare a bid for the conclusion of the contract and the performance of the contract. The costs of the on-site visit will be borne by the contractor.
