Provision of maintenance services, including:Part I - Provision of mechanical and shaft maintenance services at the bottom and surface of the mining plant,Part II - Provision of electrical maintenance services at the bottom and surface of the mining plant,Part III - Provision of maintenance services for company-wide telephone communications and company-wide dispatching system at the bottom and surface of the mining plant,Part IV - Provision of maintenance services for plant-wide telephone communications and alarm systems,Part V - Provision of maintenance services for the dispatching system,Part VI - Provision of maintenance services for power supply equipment for the plant-wide telephone communications system and the plant-wide dispatching system.For the Company of Restructuring of Mines S.A. Branch KWK "Centrum "in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
Part I The scope of the order includes the provision of employees to supervise the conducted mechanical and shaft works and to perform works related to the comprehensive maintenance and operation, installation and decommissioning of machinery, equipment and installations on the surface and bottom of the mine plant, together with the area near peripheral shafts, including but not limited to : - mine shaft hoists, - main drainage and water pumping stations, - transport systems, - compressors. Part II The scope of the contract shall include the provision of personnel provided to supervise the electrical works carried out and to perform work related to comprehensive maintenance and operation, basic measurements, installation and decommissioning of low- and medium-voltage electrical machinery, equipment and installations on the surface and bottom of the mining plant, together with the area at the peripheral shafts, including but not limited to: - 110/6kV electrical substation - main ventilation fan station, - hoisting machinery, - medium and low voltage switchgear, - compressors, - main drainage and water pumping stations at the bottom of the plant, - transport systems, - shaft signaling. Part III The scope of the contract shall include the provision of personnel scheduled to supervise the teletechnical works carried out and to perform work related to the comprehensive operation and maintenance, basic measurements, installation and decommissioning of equipment and installations of the company-wide telephone communications system and the company-wide dispatching system at the surface and bottom of the mine plant, including but not limited to : - servicing of the plant-wide dispatching system, - servicing of the plant-wide gas meter system, - servicing of the plant-wide telephone exchange. Part IV Provision of maintenance services for the company-wide telephone communications and alarm systems at KWK "Centrum" in which the following activities will be performed:- troubleshooting of the HETMAN/A, HETMAN /T systems reported by the Employer in emergency mode under a lump sum for service readiness,- current repairs and servicing of computer equipment supporting the HETMAN/A, HETMAN /T systems under a lump sum for service readiness,- current repairs and servicing of intermediary devices of the HETMAN/A,HETMAN/T systems under a lump sum for service readiness.- performance of annual inspections (one for each system) and measurements of HETMAN/A, HETMAN/T, SSI - SAT-T barriers, SBI barriers and DGT 5810-10 dispatching desks, as required by applicable regulations and documentation,- updating of HETMAN /A, HETMAN /T system software under a lump sum for service readiness,- service repairs of terminal equipment of HETMAN /A, HETMAN /T systems.-. maintenance of constant ( 24 hours ) readiness of service services to remove failures - time up to 4 hours ( i.e. time of arrival to the Ordering Party's plant),- maintenance of a full range of spare parts and components,- monthly review of the functional properties of the system at the site under a lump sum for service readiness, - lending for the duration of the repair of spare components, excluding telephone sets TIG-S, Jantar-2 and barriers ZSD-4 and TBI and surface apparatus. Part V Provision of maintenance services for the dispatching system at KWK "Centrum" in which the following activities will be performed:- troubleshooting of the Customer's reported failures of the SMP-NT/SV system based on the CMC-5 telemetry control panel as part of the service standby,- troubleshooting of the Customer's reported failures of the SSC-2 time synchronization server as part of the service standby,- troubleshooting of the Employer's reported failures of the THOR system as part of service readiness,- troubleshooting of the Employer's reported failures of the SKAR system as part of service readiness,- current repairs and servicing of computer hardware supporting the SMP-NT/SV, THOR, SKAR, SCSC-2 systems as part of a lump sum for service readiness,- current repairs and servicing of intermediary devices of SMP-NT/SV system under a lump sum for service readiness,- service repairs of terminal devices of SMP-NT/SV system,- performance of annual inspections ( one for each system) and measurements of the system, as required by applicable regulations and documentation,- software updates of SMP-NT/SV system and SSC-2 time synchronization server under a lump sum for service readiness,- maintenance of constant ( 24 hours ) readiness of service services to remove failures - time up to 4 hours ( i.e. travel time to the Ordering Party's plant),- maintenance of a full range of spare parts and components,- monthly review of the functional properties of the system at the site under a lump sum for service readiness, - lending for the duration of the repair of spare components except for terminal equipment. Part VIProviding maintenance services for power supply equipment of the company-wide telephone communications system and the company-wide dispatching system at the "Centrum" coalmine, as part of which the following activities will be performed:- repairing reported by the Employer defects in the primary and backup power supply of the company-wide telephone communications system and the dispatching system within the framework of service readiness, - performing a periodic inspection - annual of the Telecommunications Power Plant, - performing a periodic inspection - annual of two batteries of 48V batteries,- performing a periodic inspection - annual of the voltage distribution cabinet with the Self-Reserve Switching System, - performing two periodic inspections - semi-annual of the Generating Set with consumables .- current repairs and servicing of computer equipment supporting SMP-NT/SV, THOR, SKAR, SCSC-2 systems under a lump sum for service readiness,- current repairs and servicing of intermediary equipment of SMP-NT/SV system under a lump sum for service readiness,- maintenance of constant ( 24 hours ) readiness of service services to remove failures - time up to 4 hours ( i.e. travel time to the Ordering Party's plant),- maintenance of a full range of spare parts and components,- monthly review of the functional properties of the system at the site under a lump sum for service readiness, - lending of spare components of the Telecommunications Power Plant for the duration of repair.
