Description

The scope of Part 1 of the contract includes: a) delivery of equipment to the florist workshop of the Centre for Vocational and Continuing Education, b) marking in accordance with the "Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of the cohesion policy programmes 2014-2020 with regard to information and promotion". The Contracting Authority informs that it does not envisage awarding the contract referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.):Contractor having its registered office in the territory of the Republic of Poland, for a person residing outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, to whom the document referred to in section VI.3 applies.If the Economic Operator has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in section VI.3(6)(1)-(4) referred to in section VI.3)(6)(1)-(4), the Economic Operator shall submit the documents referred to in section VI.3)(6)(1)-(4) referred to in § 7 of the aforementioned Regulation. The scope of Part 2 of the contract includes: a) delivery of shop equipment to the florist's workshop in the Centre for Vocational and Continuing Education. A detailed description is included in Annex 1a to the ToR.b) installation,c) marking in accordance with the "Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of the cohesion policy programmes 2014-2020 with regard to information and promotion";d) providing service during the warranty period for equipment that requires servicing.the Contracting Authority informs that it does not provide for the award of the contract referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.c.d. of the provisions of section VI.3.):Contractor having its registered office in the territory of the Republic of Poland, for a person residing outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, to whom the document referred to in section VI.3 applies.If the Economic Operator has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in section VI.3(6)(1)-(4) referred to in section VI.3)(6)(1)-(4), the Economic Operator shall submit the documents referred to in section VI.3)(6)(1)-(4) referred to in § 7 of the aforementioned Regulation.
