Description

1) Delivery and installation of furniture, appliances, equipment, finishing elements and accompanying works as part of the equipment of the Cultural Heritage Centre building in Pruszków for: part 1 - delivery and installation of: furniture, equipment, appliances, finishing elements and accompanying works for the Municipal Cultural Centre at 4 Boh. Warszawy Street in Pruszków,2) Delivery of furniture, appliances, equipment and wine materials: - be products of high quality meeting the applicable standards and requirements of the Ordering Party, - be brand new and unused, assembled, ready for use and set up, suspended or built in rooms and places indicated in the design documentation (after prior confirmation of location by the User/ Ordering Party), - free from defects and legal burdens of third parties, - have all the documents listed in the design documentation: certificates, attestations, quality certificates, declarations of conformity, valid on the territory of the EU and meet the requirements resulting from applicable laws and regulations and comply with the applicable standards. have the necessary instructions and materials concerning use in Polish.3) The scope of work also includes the performance of all works necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the agreement, namely: - loading, transport and unloading of furniture, equipment, devices, materials, etc.- start-up of equipment and installations, programming, - execution of accompanying construction, sanitary and electrical works, the performance of which is conditional on proper performance of the order, - training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party/User in the handling of supplied equipment, - securing and moving furniture, equipment, etc., - training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party/User in the handling of supplied equipment. insurance of the subject of the contract for the duration of the contract, - storage and disposal of all unnecessary materials, rubbish and their disposal in accordance with the rules set forth in the applicable regulations, - cleaning up the area after the completion of the delivery and installation and the accompanying works, - arranging the yard and back of the works together with protection and liquidation and securing the supply of water, electricity, sewage disposal, heating, etc. to them, (The Purchaser does not indicate the place for the back-up facilities) if necessary.
