Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of office and metal furniture (metal cabinets, chairs, tables), specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Furniture" or "subject matter of the contract". The offered Furniture must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production - not earlier than 2020), have the appropriate certificates and approvals allowing the Furniture to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor shall provide free warranty service of the Furniture. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase of the Furniture together with its delivery to the Purchaser, unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Purchaser, as well as assembly. 3) Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Annex 2 (A-E) to the SWZ.
1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of office and metal furniture (metal cabinets, chairs, tables), specified in appendix no. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Furniture" or "Object of the contract". The offered Furniture must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production - not earlier than 2020), have the appropriate certificates and approvals allowing the Furniture to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor shall provide free warranty service of the Furniture. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase of the Furniture together with its delivery to the Purchaser, unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Purchaser, as well as assembly. By assembly it shall be understood the installation of complete and ready-to-use Furniture, taking into account their adjustment to the rooms where they will be used and to the elements located in these rooms. 3) Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is enclosed as Attachment No. 2 (A-E) to the SWZ (Terms of Reference); 4) Order completion date: within 7 weeks from the contract conclusion date (applies to all parts). The Economic Operator may shorten the order completion deadline in relation to the required deadline indicated above. An offer providing for a shorter delivery period shall receive points when evaluating offers according to the criterion of selection of the most advantageous offer.5) Delivery address: Logistics Department of the University of Silesia, 12 Bankowa Street, 40-007 Katowice (applies to all parts of the proceedings).6) The required minimum period of warranty for the offered Furniture is: 24 months (applies to all parts of the procedure).The Contractor may extend the warranty period in relation to the required period indicated above. An offer providing for an extension of the warranty period shall be awarded points when evaluating offers according to the criterion of selection of the most advantageous offer.78) The Awarding Entity does not expect any additional requirements connected with contract performance related to social, economic, environmental, innovation, employment or confidentiality of information provided to the Economic Operator in the course of contract performance;9) The Awarding Entity does not expect a restricted clause as defined in art. 94 of the PPL Act;10) Due to the type of contract, the Awarding Entity does not expect the obligation of employment under a labour contract as defined in art. 95 of the PPL Act.11) The Contracting Authority does not provide for an obligation of personal performance of tasks relating to site layout and installation work by individual Economic Operators applying jointly for the award of the contract within the meaning of Article 60 of the PPL Act or relating to participation of entities making available resources within the meaning of Article 121 of the PPL Act.
