Description

The purpose of this consignment is to supply general food products and related consumables such as disposable tableware, napkins and paper tablecloths, charcoal, etc. at the place of consumption. (this list is not exhaustive). It will be concluded for a period of one year, expressly renewable 3 times within the limit of 4 years, without a minimum annual order amount with a maximum amount of 81,000 EUR excluding VAT. The services will be paid for by applying the unit prices, the wording of which is given in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU). However, orders outside the BPU may be ordered on the basis of the prices in the holder's catalogue(s) on which he/she grants a percentage reduction proposed in the commitment agreement. The purpose of this lot is to supply and deliver paediatric milks for early childhood facilities for a period of one year, renewable 3 times, with no minimum annual order with a maximum of EUR 1,500 excluding VAT. The services will be paid for by applying the unit prices, the wording of which is given in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU). However, orders outside the BPU may be ordered on the basis of the prices in the holder's catalogue(s) on which he/she grants a percentage reduction proposed in the commitment agreement.
