Description

The subject matter of the present order is the delivery, installation and training (training concerns parts 1 and 3) of brand new equipment to the Pathomorphology Research Centre of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn within the framework of the project no. RPWM.01.01.00-28-0002/17-00 entitled "Innovation of high quality food technologies" co-financed by the European Union RPO WiM 2014-2020. "Innovation of high quality food technology" co-financed by the European Union RPO WiM 2014-2020, according to the division of the order into parts.2.Detailed definition of the subject matter of the order is contained in the document ,,Price form / description of the subject matter of the order / list of required parameters". - Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also a price form.
a) Complete system for multimedia image processing during macroscopic processing of tissue material,b) Audiovisual system in a large dissecting room,c) Staining machine for manual immunohistochemical and histochemical staining (3 pcs.),d) Archiving system for the storage of tissue material in the dissecting room.),d)System for archiving histopathological preparations on slides (4 sets),e)System for archiving histopathological preparations, paraffin slides, histopathological preparations.2The detailed specification of the subject of the contract is contained in the document entitled "Price form/description of the subject of the contract/set of required parameters". - If a contractor offers a medical device - such products must meet the essential requirements set out for these products in the relevant regulations, have the CE mark and must be allowed to market and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices of 20 May 2010. 4. The supplied items will be free from physical and legal defects, of good quality and released to the market. Furthermore, no piece of equipment or any component thereof shall have been reconditioned, reissued or previously used by another entity. The Contracting Authority shall allow submitting equivalent bids in accordance with art. 99 item 5 of the Public Procurement Law and art. 101 item 4, however the requirements given by the Contracting Authority as well as technical parameters and standards defining the subject matter of the contract are minimum conditions that the Contracting Authority shall expect to be met. A contractor applying for equivalent solutions shall prove that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In such a case the contractor shall enclose to the tender a list of adequately equivalent solutions with their description or standards.6.The Contracting Authority shall inform that where the Contracting Authority described the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards, European technical evaluations, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 par. 1 item 2 and par. 3 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall indicate that he recognizes solutions equivalent to those described. A contractor relying on solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority shall be obliged to prove that the supplies or services he offers meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.7.RODO - the entire text can be found in the SWZ section (Protection of personal data collected by the Contracting Authority in the course of the procedure)1.The Contracting Authority declares that it complies with the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, General Data Protection Regulation (OJ EU L 119 of 4 May 2016) - hereinafter "RODO" - thus the personal data provided by the contractor will be processed in accordance with the RODO and in accordance with national legislation.2The administrator of your personal data is the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, 2 M.
