Description

The services provided under this lot cover at least the following: - studies in the fields of electrical power and light current, - studies in the field of industrial control and data processing (automation, human/machine interface, industrial and office networks, control room, computer systems for monitoring control and command, computer systems for processing industrial data). The candidate may not subcontract the essential tasks of the contract in the lot for which he is applying, either at the application stage or at the execution stage. It follows from this that the essential tasks of the contract, such as the steering of the studies, monitoring, verification and approval of the deliverables themselves, must be carried out by the tenderer itself or, if the application is submitted under a GME, by one of the members of the grouping. The benefits of this package are minimal:- Drafting of all or part of the specifications for the execution of engineering studies in the fields of civil engineering of structures and geotechnical studies,- Supervision services for civil engineering or geotechnical studies,- Dimensioning and calculation studies for geotechnical or civil engineering works for structures made of reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, steel structures or other materials,- Studies of dimensioning and calculations of road works and various networks and piping of cooling water circuits of energy production plants,- Earthwork studies, management of the balance between excavation and backfill, earthwork guide plans,- Ground load studies and studies of the impact of veil piercing,- Analysis of structure pathologies, recommendations for the implementation of repair processes,- Acoustic studies in buildings,- Resolution of technical interface problems.The candidate may not subcontract the essential tasks of the contract in the lot for which he is applying, either at the application stage or at the stage of performance of the contract. It follows from this that the essential tasks of the contract, such as the management of studies, monitoring, verification and approval of the deliverables themselves, must be carried out by the tenderer itself or, if the application is submitted under a GME, by one of the members of the consortium:- Drafting of all or part of specifications for the supply of equipment and mechanical materials,- Studies for the installation of equipment and mechanical materials,- Drawing up of reference documents for the standardisation of pipe supports, cable trays and ventilation ducts,- Services for the technical qualification or technical approval of mechanical equipment and materials,- Resolution of technical interface problems for this equipment and mechanical materials,- Drafting of all or part of study monitoring programs,- Drafting of all or part of monitoring reports,- Constitution or review of regulatory files (DESP, ....)- Drafting of all or part of inspection programmes for the manufacture of mechanical equipment - Drafting of all or part of notes for monitoring the manufacture of mechanical equipment - Design and sizing of fire protection networks and equipment The candidate may not subcontract the essential tasks of the contract in the lot for which he is applying, either at the application stage or at the execution stage. It follows from this that the essential tasks of the contract, such as the management of studies, monitoring, verification and approval of the deliverables themselves, must be carried out by the tenderer itself or, if the application is submitted under a GME, by one of the members of the consortium:- Carrying out all or part of installation studies for sites, buildings, works and equipment - Solving technical interface problems related to these installation studies,- Elaborating and/or modifying 3D models and "guide plans" (all fields, electricity, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.).Administration, development and user support in a PDMS and/or AUTOCAD environment,- Administration, development and user support in a PDMS environment: parameterisation and management of projects and associated users The applicant may not subcontract the essential tasks of the contract in the lot for which he is applying, either at the application stage or at the execution stage. It follows from this that the essential tasks of the contract, such as the management of studies, monitoring, verification and approval of the deliverables themselves, must be carried out by the tenderer itself or, if the application is submitted under a GME, by one of the members of the consortium. The services provided under this lot cover at least:- General operating studies:*General operating studies of energy production installations, in particular for the field of flame-thermal energy: steam production boilers fired by coal, gas or oil, water-steam-fuel cycle, including so-called auxiliary boilers, exchangers, and flue gas treatment*Drafting of all or part of the specifications for studies of the general operation of assemblies or sub-assemblies of energy production units, in particular in the following fields (rotating machines equipping installations, steam turbines, pumps and turbopumps, compressors - exchangers and heaters - cold sources - steam production boilers running on coal, gas or oil - water-steam-fuel cycle - smoke treatment - water treatment - chemistry)- network conditioning studies (corrosion studies, nature of fluids, additives (buffering, biocide.The applicant may not subcontract the essential tasks of the contract in the lot for which it is applying, either at the application stage or at the execution stage. It follows from this that the essential tasks of the contract, such as the management of studies, monitoring, verification and approval of the deliverables themselves, must be carried out by the tenderer itself or, if the application is submitted under a GME, by one of the members of the consortium.
