Description

The assignment concerns the facilitation and delivery of varied Christmas gifts for employees of the Tax and Customs Administration and the core department of the Ministry of Finance. Broadly speaking, this service includes designing a voucher for employees, setting up a webshop, offering a range of Christmas gifts, packing and delivering the Christmas gifts, offering a helpdesk and possibly recording video messages.
The contract value (for 2020) is estimated at approximately EUR 1 466 880. This estimate is based on a voucher of EUR 40,- per employee. The number of employees of the Tax and Customs Administration has been set at 32,133 and the number of employees of the core department at 2,914. Based on historical data, it is expected that a large number of employees will opt for the physical gift card. Because the physical gift card is a considerable cost item for the contractor, an additional amount of EUR 65,000.00 will be provided to the contractor in addition to the price of the actual number of Christmas gifts purchased, i.e. EUR 40.00.
