The subject of the contract is:Supply of materials for maintenance and technical repairsTask 1 - Tops and furniture boardsTask 2 - Furniture accessoriesTask 3 - Blinds and shuttersTask 4 - General construction materialsTask 5 - Tops for bedsTask 6. - System of guides for curtains in patient roomsThe Ordering Party allows the submission of partial bids.Parts of the contract are the individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 6.The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submit a bid to a maximum of 6 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per one Contractor)
3.3.The requirements of the Ordering Party concerning the subject matter of the contract:1) the offered product must have attestations, certificates and be registered in accordance with the provisions of the law requiring attestations, certificates and registration,2) the offered product must comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable to the product;3.4. In cases where the description of the subject matter of the contract indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or a particular process that characterizes certain products or services supplied by a particular contractor, it means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject matter of the contract in a sufficiently precise and comprehensible manner, however, in any such situation the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described above. In such situations, any reference to trademarks, patents, origin, source or a particular process that characterizes certain products or services provided by a particular contractor should be read together with the words "or equivalent".When describing the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101(1)(2) and (3), the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described In such situations, any indications should be read together with the words "or equivalent".3.5. The Contracting Authority requires the execution of the subject matter of the contract under the terms of the contract. The draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the contract, are annexes to the SWZ.20. INFORMATION ON INTENDED CONTRACTS REFERRED TO IN ART. 214 PAR. 1 POINTS 7 AND 8, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY INTENDES TO AWARD SUCH CONTRACTSThe Contracting Authority does not anticipate awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act.The Contracting Authority does not anticipate awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the PPL Act.13.DESCRIPTION OF CRITERIA WHICH THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY WILL TAKE INTO ACCOUNT WHEN SELECTING A TENDER'S OFFER, INCLUDING THE WEIGHT OF THESE CRITERIA AND THE METHOD OF EVALUATION OF TENDERS13.1. Evaluation of tenders will be carried out on the basis of the criteria specified in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and their weights. Bids will be evaluated on points separately for each Task. In the course of bid evaluation, consecutively considered and evaluated bids will be awarded points for the following criteria according to the following rules:PRICE CRITERION weighting: 60% PERFORMANCE TASK weighting: 40%.
