The scope of Part 1 of the order includes: A. delivery of equipment to the Metrological LaboratoryThe detailed description and quantity of equipment is included in Appendix 1a to the ToR. montage;C. launch;D. The Contracting Authority informs that it does not provide for the award of the contract referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. cd. of the provisions of section VI.3):A contractor having its registered office in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in relation to a person residing outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, referred to in the document referred to in section VI.3.If the Economic Operator has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in section VI.3(6)(6)(1)-(4), it shall submit the documents referred to in section VI.3)(6)(1)-(4) of the aforementioned regulation. E. marking the equipment in accordance with the "Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of the cohesion policy programmes 2014-2020 with regard to information and promotion";F. providing service during the warranty period for equipment that requires servicing. The Contracting Authority informs that it does not envisage awarding the contract referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. The scope of Part 3 of the order includes: A. delivery of equipment for determination of carbon and sulphur content - Staloscope for analysis of the chemical composition of metals by means of x-ray fluorescence to the Metrology LaboratoryThe detailed description and quantity of equipment is included in Appendix No. 1a to the ToR. montage;C. launch;D. E. marking the equipment in accordance with the "Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of the cohesion policy programmes 2014-2020 with regard to information and promotion";F. providing service during the guarantee period if the equipment requires servicing. The Contracting Authority informs that it does not envisage awarding the contract referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. The scope of Part 4 of the order includes: A. delivery of a machine tool for metal - universal milling machine with a digital readout with equipment to the Mechanical Loss Treatment Laboratory in MetalDetailed description and quantity is included in Appendix No. 1a to the ToR. assembly;C. launch;D. E. marking the equipment in accordance with the "Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of the cohesion policy programmes 2014-2020 with regard to information and promotion";F. providing service during the guarantee period if the equipment requires servicing. The Contracting Authority informs that it does not envisage awarding the contract referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
