Description

1) The subject of the contract is the supply of optical polarization microscope with spectrometer (reflectometer) for reflectance measurements of minerals.2) The offered device must be brand new and unused, come from the current production (year of production: not earlier than 2021), have the appropriate certificates allowing them to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland.3) The scope of the contract also includes: delivery of the system with unloading, bringing to a place indicated by the Purchaser, as well as installation and training of the Employer's employees on the theory, use and operation of the equipment. (The Contractor after installation of the system will train the employees (max. 3 persons) at the place of installation; The Contractor is obliged to provide free of charge authorized warranty service of the device.4) Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is enclosed as Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ.
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of polarization optical microscope with a spectrometer (reflectometer) for reflectance measurements of minerals, hereinafter referred to as "system" or "device".2) The offered device must be brand new and unused, come from the current production (year of production: not earlier than 2021), have the appropriate certificates allowing its sale and use in the Republic of Poland.3)The scope of the contract also includes: delivery of the system, unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Customer, installation and training of the Customer's employees in the theory, use and operation of the equipment. (The Contractor after installation of the system will train the employees (max. 3 persons) at the place of installation; The Contractor is obliged to provide free of charge authorized warranty service of the device.4) Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract are enclosed as Annexes No. 2 to the SWZ;5) Term of the contract: up to 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.6) Required minimum warranty period: 12 months (applies to the entire system).
