Type and scope of the service:- 54 m2 glass-aluminium warm façade (mullion-transom façade) with insert elements;- 140 m2 glass-aluminium warm façade construction on steel construction of a truss bridge construction taking into account the deflection;- 80 m2 ceiling cladding with aluminium sheet cassettes of the truss bridge below;- 80 m2 rear-ventilated façade cladding with fibre cement panels profiling on surface at the reinforced concrete lift shaft;- 6 thermally broken aluminium-glass external door T 30 according to DIN 4102, single-panel;- 1 thermally broken aluminium-glass external door, double-panel;- 1 skylight construction as glass roof as post and transom construction with insert elements as SHEVS system;- Various sheet metal panels with folded aluminium sheet, special eloxal E6C31 light bronze.Special features:Special measures are required for construction work in the medicinal spring protection area (medicinal water protection zones II); vehicles, machines and equipment are to be operated with biofuel; hydraulic drives are to be converted to biohydraulic oil, if technically possible.
