Description

The historical, listed 3-storey building of the Julius-Leber-Schule, consisting of a gymnasium and main building, is to be comprehensively renovated The complete construction project includes the following main services: Storage rooms will be created in the attic and the roof covering will be renewed. Inside, front windows will be built in front of the historical windows, an elevator will be installed in front of the facade, pollutant clean-ups, acoustic measures, accident prevention measures and the renovation of worn structural elements are to be carried out (e.g. floor coverings, wall and ceiling claddings). In the gymnasium, the sports floor must be replaced, the equipment room doors and equipment must be repaired. The training kitchen, the work room and the bio room on the 2nd floor will be completely renewed and equipped.
The metal construction work includes:- 12 aluminium-glass door elements RS DO, 2-panel, various sizes;- 6 aluminium-glass door elements T30-RS, 2-panel, various sizes;- 2 aluminium-glass door elements, 1-panel;- 1 pc. Aluminium-glass door element, exterior, 2-glazed;- 72 pcs. push board, fingerboard;- 30 m2 acrylic glass cladding of historical railings;- 35 m2 interior window, change glazing to F30;- 1 pc. steel platform with stairs, hot-dip galvanised;- 45 m handrail brackets extension.
