Description
The purposes of the contract are the provision and rental of as well as the technical support and maintenance services related to audio-visual, conference and video conferencing equipment.
The tenderer must provide a full product suite in multimedia systems as well as equipment that includes, but is not limited to, image projection, audio, videoconferencing equipment and software, live streaming, interpretation systems, conference furniture and lighting of large areas. The tenderer must also be able to undertake full service, provide installations and onsite support, as well as to provide monthly maintenance of the in-house audio-visual equipment. The tenderer must also be available at short notice (same day) for maintenance in the case of an emergency.
