Description

The Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft mbH (AVG) is building a new building with office and service areas and a small-scale retail trade with a gross floor area of approx. 36,470 sqm (including underground car park) in Karlsruhe on the company's own property on Durlacher Allee. The building plot is located in the Karlsruhe district "äOststadt". It borders Gerwigstrasse to the north, EnBW headquarters to the east, Durlacher Allee to the south and Tullastraße to the west. There are other buildings on the site, which are used by the client himself and are partly being rebuilt. The site will be developed via Durlacher Allee and Tullastraße. The construction site is located within the operating area of the transport company. One area of the eastern and western tracks must always be kept in use. Quantity and scope of the order: Delivery, installation and commissioning of: - 1 piece of medium-voltage system with 10 panels incl. installation and accessories, - 2 pieces of cast resin transformers 1 600 kVA incl. installation and accessories, - 1 piece of low-voltage main distribution board AV with 17 panels incl. installation and accessories, - 1 piece of low-voltage main distribution board SV with 4 panels incl. installation and accessories, - 1 piece of low-voltage main distribution board SV with 1 panel incl. installation and accessories, - 1 piece of low-voltage main distribution board AV with 1 panel incl. installation and accessories, - 1 piece of low-voltage main distribution board AV with 1 panel incl. installation and accessories, - 1 piece of low-voltage main distribution board AV with 1 panel incl. installation and accessories, - 1 piece of low-voltage main distribution board AV with 1 panel incl. installation and accessories, - 1 piece of low-voltage main distribution board AV with 1 panel incl. installation and accessories, - 1 piece of low-voltage main distribution board SV with 4 panels incl. 2 busbars 3 700 A for connecting the transformers with the NSHV-AV, - 1 busbar 1 100 A for connecting the NSHV-AV and NSHV-SV, - 5 busbars 1 600 A (in total approx. 400 m) for power distribution in the building with approx. 47 outgoing points / outgoing boxes, fire bulkheads and all necessary accessories, - approx. 290 m raised floor with all associated components.
