Description

Delivery of medical disposable equipment for endovascular procedures - divided into 121 separate tasks. The tasks have from one to several assortment items and a different number of order items in each assortment item. Task names and the total number of assortments are specified in Chapter III of the Terms of Reference (ToR). The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Attachments No. 1 to the draft contract - a total of 121 attachments - which corresponds to the number of tasks in this public procurement procedure. Following the selection of the most advantageous bids and conclusion of the contract for the supply of the contract subject matter, the Contracting Authority shall require the contractor to establish and maintain at the Contracting Authority a warehouse for the materials of the contract subject matter in the form of a consignment warehouse on the basis of an additional storage agreement concluded between the Parties. The tasks to which the consignment warehouse shall relate are listed in Section III.2.2 of this notice.
