Description
The object of the contract is to provide services in the scope of collection, transport and disposal of medical and hazardous waste from the medical activity of Mazowieckie Szpital Wojewódzki Sp. z o.o. from its locations in Siedlce and Rudka for the period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.This order concerns waste of codes: 18 01 01, 18 01 02*, 18 01 03*, 18 01 04, 18 01 06*, 18 01 08*, 18 01 09, 15 01 10 *, 15 02 03, classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 9 December 2014 on the catalogue of waste (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1923).
