Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of basic disposable medical equipment (including: shirts and treatment clothes made of non-woven fabric, disposable protective gloves, catheter, needles, personal protective equipment: masks, aprons, caps, protectors, overalls, colonoscopy shorts, containers, puncture pads, bag covers, eye drops, disposable glasses) specified in detail in Annex 2 to these Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as ToR 2..2 The subject matter of the contract includes 21 indivisible parts, for which the Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial tenders, with the reservation that the tender in each of them should be complete (include all items listed within a given part) and should meet the detailed requirements specified in the price forms (Annex No. 2) as well as the requirements specified in item 3 of these Terms of Reference.
