Medical Instrument Sterilization Services - DND, Valcartier Health Center, 5 Field Ambulance, Valcartier Garrison, Quebec, Canada

The purpose of this Standing Offer is to provide, on request, full surgical instrument and tray services (collection, decontamination, sterilization) and deliver the reprocessed equipment to the Valcartier Health Center.

One (1) Standing Offer will be issued for an estimated $142,500.00 + applicable taxes for the two (2) firm years and nine (9) months.

The term of the Standing Offer is two (2) years and nine (9) months from the date of the Standing Offer, with two (2) optional extension periods of one year each.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the following trade agreements:
the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Chile-Canada Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), Colombia, Honduras, Panama.
