Description

025.03.002 Ceiling mounted examination microscope with hangers, for ENT.Ceiling mounted microscope for simple ENT procedures, with an emphasis on paracentesis with insertion of ventilation tube. The microscope must be suitable for this procedure, which requires quick positioning of the microscope. In addition there are often difficult ergonomic positions for these procedures, so simple operation with good flexibility is important. The actual procedure is short, so the time spent manoeuvring and setting up the microscope must be short, so that this is not a disproportionately large part of the time spent on the intervention. This is a clean but unsterile procedure, so simple and quick cleaning is important.025.03.011 Microscope, surgical ENT, mobile (option).Mobile surgical microscope, ENT. Will be used for larynx surgery and ear surgery. Mobility is important so it can be used in different theatres. It must be relatively easy to switch between different areas of use, so that this does not increase the time of the actual operation. These can in part be long operations, so ergonomics and noise will also be emphasised. 025.03.005 Mobile microscope for eye operations. The microscope will be used for advanced cataract and glaucoma surgery, i.e., microsurgical interventions. It will be used in approx. 1 000 operations per annum, with a rising tendency due to demographic developments. In line with the ophthalmologic development and the requirements that are set, the microscope ought to have an option for markerless IOL guidance when toric lenses are to be implanted. An option to integrate with microscope with the biometry apparatus is wanted, but it is not a minimum requirement. An integrated, high-resolution camera and a side scope are minimum requirements for training assistant doctors/new surgeons, for surgical nurses being able to follow the operation and for documenting complications. Due to greater flexibility, the microscope must not be ceiling mounted, but mobile. 025.03.008 Mobile microscope for back operations and ENT operations.Mobile surgical microscope for back and ENT. Orthopaedic operations with 2 operators, mainly laminectomy. Good depth sharpness, good light conditions and good possibilities for revolving the objective are important for getting under the narrow sections. In addition it will be used for larynx surgery and ear surgery. It will, therefore, be used by two specialists with different working positions. An operation assistant is also required to use the microscope during back surgery. Mobility is important so it can be used in different theatres. It must be relatively easy to switch between different areas of use, so that this does not increase the time of the actual operation. These can in part be long operations, so ergonomics and noise will also be emphasised.
