Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with § 130a (8) SGB V on blood glucose test strips with a glucose test zone (product group AV04CA) with the option of concluding at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". A contract is concluded with each interested company that fulfils the conditions for participation. The entry and/or the conclusion of the contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out. The earliest contract commencement date is 1.4.2019. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 31.3.2021 regardless of the beginning of the contract. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tender exclusive contracts for blood glucose test strips during the term of the contract in accordance with the relevant provisions of public procurement law, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication shall be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. In order to ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intended conclusion of contracts, publication shall take place in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of an appropriate publication form, the contract notice shall be used. The resulting conceptual requirements, such as the procedure designation "open procedure", are solely due to the use of this announcement form and the publication platform. This does not imply any further significance, in particular submission to procurement law regulations, unless they are mandatory for legal reasons.
