The subject of the order are successive supplies of disposable medical equipment for the Wojewódzka Stacja Emergency Ambulance Station in Bydgoszcz.Requirements concerning the subject of the order.The offered subject of the order must have the CE marking, be in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party described in the specification of essential terms of the order and with the legal regulations in force in Poland, have the required declarations of conformity, attestations, certificates, registration certificates, certificates of approval for marketing and use in Polish health care institutions based on the legal regulations in force in this respect.The expiry date of the offered subject matter of the contract must not be shorter than 80% of the expiry date from the date of placing the contract. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, specifying the quantity and parameters, is contained in Annex 2 to the ToR.
