Description

The subject matter of the contract is:1.1. the purchase of medical equipment and supplies as part of the expansion, rebuilding and retrofitting of the Pomeranian Hospitals Ltd. to ensure comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of civilization diseases with parameters consistent with Appendix 4 to the SWZ:- task no. 1: ventilator - 1 piece- task no. 2: infusion fluid warmers - 5 items,- task no. 3: monitoring centre - 1 item,- task no. 4: individual X-ray protection (suits, glasses, stand) - 20 items, 10 items, 2 items,- task no. 5: anaesthesiological tables - 6 items.
The subject of the contract is:1.1. purchase of medical equipment and supplies as part of the expansion, rebuilding and retrofitting of the Pomeranian Hospitals Ltd. to provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of civilization diseases with parameters consistent with annex no. 4 to the SWZ: - task no. 1: ventilator - 1 item;1.2. delivery, installation (including connection of the control panel), commissioning and handing over to the ordering party, ready for use, of the equipment and supplies listed in item 1.1.3. training of the Ordering Party's personnel in the scope of operation, use and maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment according to the requirements described in this SWZ;1.4. performance of obligations during the warranty period in respect of defect removal, repairs, parts replacement together with obligatory technical reviews as per manufacturer's recommendations.2Detailed description of the subject of the contract with regard to equipment is specified in appendix no. 4 to SWZ List of Required Parameters and appendix no. 6 to SWZ Draft Contract.
