The subject of the contract is Task No. 1: electrosurgical platform with vessel closure system and bipolar resection - 2 pcs.2 The delivered subject of the contract must be new, i.e. non-standard and non-regenerated.3 The assortment, quantity and price specifications are specified in Appendix No. 2/1 to the ToR, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the tender.4Required and scored technical and utility parameters of the ordered equipment, required warranty, service and training conditions are specified in Appendix No. 3/1 to the ToR, which a Economic Operator shall be obliged to complete and attach to the tender.
