Description

Detailed description of the subject of the contract includes "price form" and "annex to the price form".The purchase of the subject of the contract is co-financed under the project "Improvement of the epidemiological situation in connection with the threat caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in the territory of the Podlaskie Voivodeship" No. WND-RPPD.08.04.01-20-0083/20, implemented under the Regional Operational Programme of the Podlaskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 on the basis of the decision No. UDA-RPPD.08.04.01.01-20-0083/20-00 of 28.4.2020 included under priority axis VIII Infrastructure for public services, measure 8.4 Social infrastructure, sub-measure 8.4.1 Healthcare infrastructure, and co-financed by the Minister of Health. It is envisaged to cancel the contract award procedure in the case of failure to allocate funds that the Contracting Authority intended to finance all or part of the contract.
