The subject matter of the order is the delivery of anaesthetic machines together with assembly, installation, commissioning and training of the Ordering Party's personnel in the scope of commissioning, operation, operation and maintenance of the assortment and quantities listed in Appendix No. 2 to IDW - assortment and quantity form.2The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the description of the subject of the order, be brand new and ready for use in accordance with its intended use without making additional purchases of elements and accessories.3. The offered subject of the order must be allowed to be marketed and used as a medical device (applies only to medical devices).4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Part III of the ToR - Description of the subject of the order. 1) The subject matter of the order is the delivery of a computer of the Mindray monitors' central station together with the assembly, installation, commissioning and training of the Ordering Party's personnel in the scope of commissioning, operation, maintenance and use of the assortment and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2 to IDW - Assortment and Quantity Form.2The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the description of the subject of the order, be brand new and ready for use in accordance with its intended use without making additional purchases of elements and accessories.3.
