Description

The purpose of this consultation is to supply medical devices for orthopaedic implants and osteosynthesis.The Valenciennes Hospital, the support establishment for the Hainaut-Cambrésis GHT, is acting as the contracting authority for the consortium.The technical characteristics of the supplies must meet the requirements defined by the CCP.The contract is subject to the provisions of articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code.This consultation will be carried out in application of R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the public order code relating to framework agreements. The Valenciennes Hospital, in its capacity as a support establishment for the GHT, reserves the right to request the regularisation of tenders in accordance with Article R. 2152-2 of the Public Order Code, provided that the tender is not abnormally low.
