Description
The subject of this publication is the (framework) contract for the provision of ventilation aids (respirators and accessories) and oxygen supply (oxygen therapy devices, medical oxygen and accessories) to the insured persons of BAHN-BKK in accordance with the Fifth German Civil Code (SGB V). The subject matter of this contract is the provision of respiratory therapy and oxygen therapy aids in accordance with § 33 Para. 1 SGB V to the insured persons of BAHN-BKK close to their place of residence and free of charge, and the associated ancillary services within the framework of the provision of respiratory aids.The provision of respiratory care (non-invasive and invasive respiration) is regulated in Annex 4. This annex regulates the supply of BAHN-BKK insured persons with respiratory therapy aids, accessories, consumables and ancillary services, including all services in connection with the supply of medical devices, taking into account the Medical Devices Act (MPG), the Medical Device Operator Ordinance (MPBetreiberverordnung) and the Economic Principle (§ 12 SGB V).This annex regulates the provision of the insured persons of the BAHN-BKK with aids for oxygen therapy, accessories, medical oxygen / consumables and ancillary services, including all services associated with the provision of medical products, taking into account the Medical Devices Act (MPG), the Medical Devices Operator Ordinance (MPBetreiberverordnung) and the Economic Principle (§ 12 SGB V).
