Description
The purpose of the publication is to update the annexes to the contract on medical aids for the provision of insured persons with medical aids not intended for reuse in accordance with the Fifth Social Code Code (SGB V). The contract and the annexes may be concluded at any time, provided that the conditions are met. Further or any further rights of the service provider remain unaffected by this. The object of this contract is to provide the insured persons of the Bahn-BKK with aids close to their place of residence by means of personal advice and care and to hand over the aids in their own business premises or at the insured person's place of residence. The delivery of the aids to the insured persons of the Bahn-BKK by their own personnel authorised and qualified to advise on questions relating to aids is also permitted under this contract without further specifications. The following Annexes have been updated: - PG 14 - Inhalation and respiratory therapy (Annex 13), - PG 14 - Sleep-related respiratory disorders CPAP and special equipment (Annex 13a).
