Description

Scope of works included in the subject matter of the contract:
1. mechanical levelling of pond No. 5 (dry) together with deposit recovery, consisting of
- pre-filtration of the filter material by means of machines for removing and collecting sludge with the deposit of the collected material (ore);
- machine aeration of the cleaned surface of the pond floor;
- machine smoothing of the loosened surface of the pond floor after levelling.
The Contracting Authority assumes that the thickness of the layer of sediments and filter bed (ore) excavated as a result of levelling from the bottom of the infiltration pond No. 5 should be between 3 and 5 cm.
2. transporting and depositing the excavated material outside the infiltration pond No. 5 at a distance of up to approx. 300 m.
3. recovery of the sandy deposit from the collected sediment from the levelling of ponds:
- conducted in 2017 with a total area of 91,931 m2 and a volume of 3,600 m3;
- conducted in 2018 with a total area of 76,499 m2 and a volume of 3,000 m3,
- conducted in 2019 from pond no. 5 with an estimated area of 7,500 m2 and an estimated volume of 300 m3.
The actual recovery of the sandy deposit from the collected sediment from the cleaning of all ponds should be specified by the Contractor on the basis of geodetic measurements. The customer requires the sand recovery to be in the range: approx. 75-85 % of the collected sludge volume.
3.1 Deposit recovery from the sediment should be carried out at the area of UW Dębina in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority.
3.2 Recovery shall be carried out without the use of chemical agents, except in the case of agents certified to come into contact with drinking water.
3.3 The recovered deposit after washing and before reconstitution in pond No 5 may not be stored directly on the ground. A watertight substrate is required, e.g. with a PEHD geomembrane.
3.4 The remaining sludge from cleaning shall be discharged to the place indicated by the Purchaser, within a radius of 100 m from the place of recovery and collection of the sludge.
3.5 The conducted process shall take place with the use of water from the infiltration ponds provided by the Ordering Party.
4. reconstruction of the internal slope of the pond dike No. 5 to obtain the slope from the pond construction period, i.e. 2:1. The total length of the pond dike No. 5 along its entire perimeter is approx. 400 mb.
5. restoration of the recovered deposit in the previously levelled infiltration pond No. 5 to the ordinate of 54.80 m above sea level by evenly distributing the deposit over the entire pond bottom surface.
6. stony fractional protection of the outlets in the form of 2 outlet shells with a total surface area of approximately 20 m2.
(7) The amount of reconstituted reservoir should be confirmed by surveying by measuring the pond bottom before and after the reconstitution of the reservoir.
8. shaping the crown of the pond shaft no. 5 to the ordinate 57.00 m a.s.l. along with sowing the grass on the crown of the pond and slopes above the level of maximum water damming to the ordinate 56.80 m a.s.l.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Part II of the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
