Description

The order consists of: Stage I - the subject of Stage I is the development of a document describing in detail: parameters and conditions of obtaining remote sensing data necessary to perform the analyses, assumptions of conducting field measurement campaigns, methods of performing individual analyses and parameters of the resulting products together with a detailed schedule of works. Stage II - the subject of Stage II is to obtain source data, including: conducting air raids to obtain current aerial remote sensing data and satellite data, conducting field measurement campaigns to obtain reference data, acquiring and processing archival data. Stage III - the subject of Stage III is the performance of analyses taking into account the data obtained within the framework of Stage II with respect to particular thematic issues. The order consists of: Stage I - the subject of Stage I is to prepare a detailed concept for a remote sensing data repository and its integration with the existing system. Stage II - the subject of Stage II is the construction of a remote sensing data repository, its integration with the GIS-GPN system and inclusion of data collected and created within the framework of Part I. Stage III - the subject of Stage III is to conduct training for GPN employees in the use of the GIS-GPN System, with particular emphasis on the functionality of the remote sensing data repository and conducting analyses with the use of remote sensing data using the developed algorithms and specialized software.
