Description

The subject matter of the order is the supply of measuring and testing equipment - ultrasonic defectoscopes, in accordance with the requirements specified in these Terms of Reference.A detailed description of the subject matter of the order was included in appendices to the SWZ - Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, Price Form and Draft Provisions of the Agreement - respectively for the part of the order.
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been included in appendices to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order, Price Form and Draft Provisions of the Agreement - respectively for each part of the order.3. Parameters given in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (appendix no. 1 to the template agreement) should be treated as the minimum required parameters of the offered equipment. The Purchaser shall allow to offer equipment with parameters better than required.4. If at any place in the SWZ and its annexes are indicated trademarks, standards, patents or origin of materials used to perform this contract - everywhere the Purchaser shall add the words "or equivalent".5. The supplied goods must come from a legal distribution channel, as well as be brand new and meet the requirements of technical standards applicable in this regard in Poland and the European Union.6.The Contractor is obliged to present in the offer the name of the manufacturer, model (type of equipment) and a list of technical parameters of the offered equipment within the range of parameters specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract (table to be filled in). The list must clearly show what kind of device the Contractor offers, whether it is a device that exactly meets the requirements of the order or a device with better parameters.7. The Contractor is obliged to submit (respectively for each part) additional description of the subject of the order confirming the compliance of parameters of the offered equipment (e.g. copies of datasheets, manufacturer's statements, etc.) with the offer. The Contractor is obliged to refer not only to the technical parameters but also to other parameters such as declarations, compliance with the standard, instructions, training, calibration, etc.8.The warranty period is equal to the warranty period.9. The Purchaser allows solutions equivalent to those described in the content of the SWZ by means of standards/approvals, in accordance with Article 101 paragraph 1 items. 2-3 of the PPL Act
