A detailed description of the realization of services being the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1B, and in Annex 1A, which is also the offer cost estimate - sets of dishes (meals). Annex No. 1A and Annex No. 1B constitute an integral part of this ToR.2. Regulations, which the Contractor will be obliged to observe in particular when performing the subject of the contract:1) The Contractor is obliged to provide services covered by the contract in accordance with the Act of 25.8.2006 on food safety and nutrition (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1541, as amended), and the Regulation of 17.4.2007 on taking and storing food samples by mass catering establishments of the closed type (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 80, item 545, as amended), the Act of 8 January 2010 amending the Act on Food and Nutrition Safety and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 8 February 2010, No. 21, item 105), the Contractor shall be obliged to comply with the applicable regulations in the field of export and disposal of post-consumer precipitation in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (Journal of Laws of 2018, General rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract.1) The Economic Operator shall perform the subject of the contract on the basis of written orders submitted by the Representatives of the Contracting Authority.2) The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining an appropriate level of nutrition and compliance with the value and quality composition of meals resulting from the recommendations of the Food and Nutrition Institute.3) The Customer reserves the right to evaluate and verify all parameters of the ordered service - at any stage and at any time in the place of meal preparation and delivery.4) The Contractor shall be obliged to provide mass catering services in accordance with the principles of the HACCP system, i.e. the Good Hygiene Practice Principles and the Good Manufacturing Practice Principles.5) The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor is obliged to lease, on the basis of a separate lease agreement, a room for preparing meals with an area of 238.59 m2 with their equipment.7) The Contractor will provide service to all LOE guests in the premises indicated by the Ordering Party and will ensure delivery of meals to the places indicated by the Ordering Party at the unit prices offered.8) The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor's means of transport will be used to transport meals and people to places indicated by the Ordering Party (within a radius of up to 20 km from the seat of the LOE in Jedlnia-Letnisko). The Bidder will add the cost of transport to the price of the offer. The Ordering Party expects to provide about 30 catering services in 2020 for the total distance of about 1000 km.9) With regard to food products, the Ordering Party, while describing them, indicated the trade name or the name of the manufacturer - at the same time specifying its requirements in this respect. This is a purposeful action, because the customer depends on high quality products. All "equivalent" products offered by the Contractor, bearing a different trade name or other manufacturer's name, shall have no different composition, quality, performance and use characteristics than those specified by the Purchaser. The generic names given in the descriptions are not intended to infringe Articles 29 and 7 of the PPL Act, but are merely intended to specify the qualitative expectations of the Contracting Authority.
