Description

The subject matter of the contract is comprehensive provision of services in the field of nutrition for adult and child patients, preventive meals, supply of food products, preparation of mixtures in a milk kitchen, supply and distribution of meals in the clinics of the Contracting Authority and post-consumer waste management within 48 months.2 Estimated quantity of meals to be provided and estimated quantity of supplies of food products is described in detail in Appendix No. 3 to the ToR.3 The Contracting Authority requires that the subject matter of the contract be provided in accordance with the guidelines contained in Appendix No. 4 to the ToR.4.The estimated quantity of meals specified in Appendix 3 to the ToR may be reduced depending on the Contracting Authority's needs.5. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix 3 and Appendix 4 to the ToR.6.In order to properly perform the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority recommends a site visit, which will take place on 7.5.2019 at 9:00 a.m. The Contracting Authority informs that failure to participate in the site visit will not result in rejection of the offer or exclusion of the contractor from the procedure.7 The requirements for employment under the contract of employment are included in paragraph III item 7 of the ToR.
