Description

The subject matter of the order is the provision by the Contractor of all-day, comprehensive feeding services for patients of the Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 5 in Sosnowiec and central washing of dishes, equipment and utensils used for the preparation, storage, transportation and serving of food on the basis of the leased premises of the kitchen building based on the principles of GHP/GMP (Principles of Good Hygiene Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice) and the HAACAP system of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. The Contractor shall provide the service in accordance with the legal regulations in force in this regard, in particular the Act of August 25, 2006 on Food and Nutrition Safety (Journal of Laws No. 171 item 1225, as amended).
1.Comprehensive patient nutrition service includes:1.a) preparation of meals in quantities resulting from the number of hospitalized patients, taking into account the requirements of the Employer and the dietary recommendations of the Institute of Food and Nutrition in Warsaw,1.b) dispensing meals in the bemar system, lunch meals and liquid meals for breakfast and dinner in GN type containers (with silicone or rubber seals) in bemar carts, to the place of delivery of meals, according to the choice of the Employer (corridor at the distribution of meals),1.c) individual delivery system of meals for patients of the Hospital Emergency Department in disposable dishes, breakfast, lunch and dinner in Styrofoam menu box type bipartite and securing Styrofoam cups 250 ml , Styrofoam bowls 400 ml with lids and disposable cutlery ( only for ED patients and patients isolated due to COVID infection or alarm pathogens) resulting from the number of person-days,1.d) delivery of tableware, disposable cutlery for ED patients and patients isolated due to COVID infection or alarming pathogens, and portioners for food distribution, as required w/ scheduled menus (pouring spoon for potatoes or porridge , pasta or rice, pouring spoon for sauce, spoon for vegetable or salad, tongs or fork for meat, pitchers for beverages1..e) collection of bemar carts and tableware - at the choice of the Employer to the central dishwashing facility1.f) central washing, disinfection of tableware, as well as other equipment used for the preparation, storage, transportation and serving of food, in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological regulations, which health care facilities are obliged to apply.1..g) adaptation consisting of modernization work of the hospital kitchen conducted under the supervision of persons with appropriate qualifications in this field, together with the retrofitting of the necessary equipment to provide the service 2.The service in question includes the collection and disposal of post-consumer waste (photocopies of the contract for the disposal of post-consumer waste will be provided by the Contractor to the Ordering Party), disposable dishes and cutlery and the provision of lockable containers for post-consumer waste for each ward, the cost shall be borne by the Contractor. 3.The Contractor shall adapt the kitchen premises to the requirements of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, occupational health and safety requirements specified in legal acts.4.The Contractor shall implement within 3 months from the start of the contract the HACCP system and within 6 months from the start of the contract ISO 22000:2008 in the Purchaser's facility and provide a photocopy of the document confirming the implementation of the HACCP system and ISO 22000:2008 standard
