The subject of the order is to conduct two editions of quantitative and qualitative research for the automotive and electromobility industry:The first edition of the research includes the following tasks:1. Developing a project implementation schedule.2.Organization and conduct of qualitative research, including the following activities:a) organization and conduct of expert interviews (individual in-depth interviews - IDI),b) organization and conduct of expert panels, including a summary panel with the Sectoral Competence Council,c) organization and conduct of foresight research using the delphi methodology (delphi research).4.Organization and performance of quantitative research, including the following activities:a) organization and performance of quantitative research on the group of employers together with the development of a report on the implementation of quantitative research (technical report),b) organization and performance of quantitative research on the group of employees/students together with the development of a report on the implementation of quantitative research (technical report).6. organization and conduct of qualitative research, including the following activities:a) organization and conduct of expert interviews (Individual In-Depth Interviews - IDI)b) organization and conduct of expert panels, including a summary panel with the Sectoral Council for Competencies,c) organization and conduct of foresight research using the delphi methodology (delphi research).2.Organization and performance of quantitative research, including the following activities: a) organization and performance of quantitative research on the group of employers together with preparation of a report on the implementation of quantitative research (technical report),b) organization and performance of quantitative research on the group of employees/students together with preparation of a report on the implementation of quantitative research (technical report).4.
