Description
Design and implementation of an evaluation survey of a multi-country program on cheeses of Europe in internal markets in Denmark, France and Ireland which 2 main objectives are:— objective 1: to increase the consumption of cheese in each market,— objective 2: to increase awareness of the characteristics of cheese a food of Union agriculture by highlighting its characteristics particularly in terms of its quality, taste and diversity.At a local level: actions targeting key opinion leaders who will in turn relay information to the target consumers:—— influencers: social media, websites, PR, events, bloggers competition,—— education/training: workshops, training in hospitality establishments,—— healthcare professionals: insertion in press,—— retailers/cheese-makers/POS: brochures/leaflets, in-store activities...,—— consumers: online activities
